Hello,
I recently changed my phone and phone number. Now yahoo is asking me to verify my sign in because I'm using a new location/device. I cannot access that number. No one can. It's no longer active. I know my password. Just a new device and no other options to verify. Help!

Yahoo always looks out for your account security. When you try to sign in from a device that Yahoo does recognize, you'll be asked to enter a code sent to your phone or email so Yahoo can be sure it's really you.
Since, when you created the account, you have not registered a recovery number or alternate email, you cannot receive a code to reset your account.
Hence, sorry to say, but your goose is cooked !
