Hello,
I use my USB for work. I have a ton of work on it. I plugged my main USB in and another one I have to copy files over. Now my main USB won't show up but my old one does. Does anyone have suggestions?
I am afraid to do the uninstall, will I lose my work?

It appears that your drive has failed and needs to be replaced.
If multiple computers fail to detect the drive thew there is no Registry hack that will fix it.
