System run with amber blinks, no signal on monitor

I on my computer and I no signal appear on the monitor while system running. I open it and clean all dirt,fix them but still no signal.I have chance the monitor and VGA cable BT still no signal.I see an amber light blinking.

I*t appears you have a hardware problem.l I suggest you have a local PC repair shop take a look at the PC.
