Can't get into windows 7 home premium forgot password

Hello,
I have a Dell lap top d4110 I've forgotten password. Only option to log on is through only one user. I can't get task manager to come up. I've done the net user thing. I don't have any USB or discs. Can I even get into bios? Is there a way to reset to original settings . Or any way of fixing it with out changing the os system?
