My asus-n552vx screen stop working while laptop on and fan work

Hello,


I recently 1 months got a new laptop asus-n552vx and I foujd out the screen stops working and turns black with background light on slightly white but no input even the power button I have to keep holding it to shut down and start it again
It happens alot if I'm not using thr laptop and rarely when I do but if I stop using it more than 10 mins it stopps

It's appears the laptop is defective and needs to be returned for service.
