Dell laptop problem

Hello,
i ve got problem in my laptop after my work i ve kept my laptop in sleep mode so in the morning i turn it on from sleep mode its started giving sound like "beep beep" then its starts interval again its starts same beep sound continues n never shows any display i ve checked ram but its starts same so any suggestion for my laptop
