My computer display showing no. Signal

Hello

When i switch or my computer it starts but no. Beep sound but fan starts working and display showing no signal mouse light is on but keyboard lights off

I have tried removing cmos baggery rubbed it and again insert
I have tried removing power plug and pushed power button for 30 sec. But still not working
I have tried removing fan intel chip i have done everything but still not working

Plz give me support what is the problem plz tell me and plz fix it

I have tried everthing cleaning dust of every part of cpu i have checked cable of moniter changed cmos battery but still having no change

My computer is fully assembled not of the same company my motherboard is of asus harddisk hitachi intel processor
