Fn Key not working (Custom built PC, win10, 64bit)

My FN key is not working, I cant change the volume, brightness or my keyboard's "Gamer" mode (The keyboard is a Razer Deathstalker) with the fn key, does anybody know how I could fix this?

Did you install the keyboard driver software?
