Vaio fit 15e won't respond black screen

Hello,

My vaio fit 15e won't respond. The screen is.black but the light that states its on is green, and an orange light is flashing beside the symbol that's a vertical cylinder.

What do I do?

A dead laptop needs to be diagnosed by a PC Tech with physical access to the computer.

Perhaps you can find a local PC repair shop.
