Unable to access my yahoo business account

Hello,

Compliments,
Kindly assist me as I am unable to access my yahoo business account. Funny enough, I logged into same account 5days ago but started having this challenge since 3days ago.
The error message is " sorry, we don't recognise the email address and phone number.
Someone should kindly assist me. My email is ***@***.

Are trying to access your account with the same device as you used 5 days ago?
Thanks for your prompt response.
Yes, I tried to access my account with the same divice and it did not and still not work. I also tried to access the account on a desktop computer and got the same error message.
I equally downloaded safari browser, tried it on chrome, uc browser and opera mini without luck.
Kindly advice further.

Thanks for your mail.
However, I have tried the options listed without luck. I still get the error message "sorry, we can't recognise that email address or phone number". I even tried to create a new account with same id and was told the a yahoo account already exists with that email address.
The email is ***@*** and I just wish an engineer could assist to troubleshoot and get the issue resolved in view of the urgency.
The account couldn't have been deleted since I accessed it 5days ago.

Sticky wicket ! A Yahoo engineer to assist you ? Only in our dreams ! Yahoo is a machine, deft and dumb, especially when it come to the email service.

As you say, the account must still exist.

Do me a favour, send yourself an email to the account you are trying to recover, wait like 1/2 hour, see if it bounces back.

Exactly what I thought would happen.

There are only to possibilities:

1. Your account has been deleted from the server;

2. You are using an incorrect address.

First check #2 with yourself and other people you have corresponded with, typing accidents or errors quickly happen.

I have checked by signing in from another device and still unable to log on. The address is actually correct.
As for the account likely to be deleted, I will like to know the possibility of retrieval.

Hi Gabby

It is absolutely impossible to recover a deleted account as it no longer exists on the server.

Perhaps that some hacker or someone who stole your password deleted your account.
