How do i recover my yahoo account with no access to options

i cant access my yahoo email i have no access to the phone number or email issued with that account anymore my ex stole all my stuff and i do not want him getting into my stuff. can you help me recover my email plllleeaassseeeee they dont even ask me my security questions to let me try an get in only if i have access to those accounts and i dont at all. i found this site off google when i asked how to recover the account.
