I can't get any Yahoo mail because I don't remember the password and I don't have access to the phone number listed on my account. I need help on updating my account and putting the new phone number and edit the old number,plus I know that someone else has the old number by the name of James Mitchell,and I can't get this off my account,, I am afraid that I may be hacked

Currently Yahoo does not offer any alternative method of account recovery.

nothing stops you from creating a NEW account ID.
