HP desktop no start up

Good morning have spent the last 6 hours trying to start my all in one HP desktop running windows 10. only the mouse pointer in visible on screen. I can not access any icons, internet included or windows or Cortana. It appears to be frozen have tried all combinations of ctrl+alt+delete,F4, F6 restarting the computer and unplugging it into a different power socket as well as another key board and mouse. it is doing nothing. Can anyone Please help many thanks

Hi gfbahloo,

Is it possible to access the BIOS and navigate in it without any trouble? If it is, most probably the issue is Windows related. Could you try booting in Safe Mode? Please confirm that your desktop covers the hardware requirements for Windows 10. I would strongly recommend you to try reinstalling the OS or trying with another version or iso file.
