I lost my phone number and forgot my password to my Gmail account I have a new Gmail account but i need my other Gmail account back it as all my contacts and every thing that I know in it and I can't replace the stuff that I have stored in the account if you can help me that would be great thank you.

Unfortunately if you have not registered a secret question which you remember, an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
