i have forgotten my password for my last google account and i can't figure out how to get back into my account. I don't have the same phone number and i don't have the same phone... Is there any way that i can get some help its very upsetting... email I'm trying to get on is ***@***

Unfortunately if you have not registered a secret question which you remember, an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
