Keyboard not working properly

Hello guys, my keyboard is a mess.... When I press some keys, it pops up different characters.. For examples, when I press 'a' button, it makes 'ak'. When I press spacebar, it makes an asterisk.. I really need your help, now I'm typing with the on-screen keyboard, and it's so hard...

Does cleaning the keyboard work for this??
