Disabled account problems

Hello,
My account was disabled and was told I needed to send my ID. I did so and just recieved an email saying my account has been disabled because I was in violation of Facebook community standards. I had posted nothing bad, the photos it shows me are nothing bad at all!! When I try to sign in, it tells me my account is disabled and I have the option to appeal their decision. When I click on it, it says I need to verify my identity (again??), but the only option it gives me is to name my friends from photos, but it says my hour time limit has expired. It has been less than an hour since I got the email telling me my account was still disabled. Not possible for as hour to be up. I took screen shots of everything. Since the so called hour is up, it gives me no other options, or any other way to continue my appeal. I have no idea what to do, but I know I have been done wrong. Please, someone tell me they have a solution. Thanks, Chris.
