HP laptop keyboard not working

Hello,
Guys I am xyz ;I have an HP laptop whose both the shift key and delete button are not working also "0" is constantly automaticaly typed some times . I have completely San the laptop which is having i3 processor and original windows 8. No virus is been detected also called an technician according to him he say you should change your key Board and try. My laptop is never ever damaged or fallen than also such problem occurs.

Have any solution reply please

I don't understand how automatically the keyboard stop working without any liquid or dust fallen into it. My laptop is just 2years oLD.I do not use regularly nor I have downloaded anything than also its keyboard is not functioning properly. I am Feelling so irretated that Hp product is one of the Bullshit one.
I request buyer not to buy such idiotic product.
