Hello,
I can't see my thumb drive when I put in the slot (tried on 5 others CPU's) and I think it is the connection inside. When I take off the case and move it up and down from side to side it registers for a about a second then it goes away. Is there a software program that can help me because I just can't see myself paying someone $500.
Thank you
Debra

Hello Debra
Since you have tried it on several computers with the same negative results, it looks like it was physically damaged. Unfortunately thumb drive, pen drives and flash drives cannot be repaired, they can only be replaced.
Sorry about the bad news but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
Regards
