Hacked accounts are usually blocked to prevent the hacker to use it again.
Did you get a message (email) from Facebook? It may have given you instructions to recover your account.
Last but not least, you can try to create a new account.

yes i have tried the solution you provide and receive email from facebook, said that i should send my ID to them but later the reject it because it isn't applicable to their role.
