Hi Oblivion Nights,
The files on our pendrive may have been damaged, hidden or deleted. Fortunately, you may have a chance getting them back. Start by running Command Prompt as an Administrator and type the following command:
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
Replace the g with the drive’s drive letter and press Enter.
Go back to My Computer and try to access your data. If the situation is the same, restart Command Prompt and type
Chdksk G: /r
You must replace G with the drive’s letter. Wait for the process to end and then try again to access the data. If there is no positive result, search for data recovery software. I leave you some suggestions in the link below:
