Typing numbers instead of letters.

Hello, My HP 15 is typing numbers I stead of letters. This is the second computer since August. I really don't want to take another one back. Please help.

OK, you have activated the 10-KEY PAD. What color are the keys with the numbers? Is it orange or something? Hit the CNTRL or ALT key, or what ever the color keys are, and look for a numlock key.

Don't take it back, take it for help. The person who sold it to you will teach you how to use it!
