I've press start button for 15 sec this all what I can do because there is any reaction even if I plugged charger showing me battery is full but notebook is still not turning on

1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.

I can't remove battery for this model is impossible this model is 2 in 1

Sorry Joanna I can't help you as usually this laptop issue is due to accumulated "flea" power which must be drained.
Perhaps that you local repair shop will be able to remove the battery or drain the power for you.
