Hello

Since you have already tried everything it is kind of hard to suggest anything to you. We do not wish to waste your time and perhaps ours.

So you have not tried everything ! You also have not described the problem, "DVD not working" is vague don't you agree?

Have you ensured that the disk is clean from scratches and dust?

Have you cleaned the lens?

Can you hear the dvd spinning when you insert a disk ?

When you insert a disk, can you see it as a drive in Explorer.

Those are all the things to be done or to know.

Unfortunately, I must now logout but will return in the morning to read your reply and advice further.

Regards
