i have my yahoo mail but i have forgot my password and when i my trying to login it say my listed phone number but i have lost my number so my request is that i want to open my mail how i can open please give a company if you will to have me then please lets have a chat with my gmail that is ***@***

Unfortunately if you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
