Audio problem

Hello,
I have a Lenovo laptop and a aoc monitor the problem is when i am play games on my pc and i use Skype at the same time the Skype Sound is going out of my headset that i have plugged in and the gaming sounds is going out of my monitors speakers what can i do?

This is perfectly normal and that is the way it was set to work.
