Hello ruchipinjarkar,
Welcome to the forum! So, the operating system /which is Win 8/ is not loading while booting up, is that correct? If so, you will need to recover the OS with a CD of Windows, if you have one. Otherwise, you could make a bootable flash on another PC, but beware – you have to make the bootable USB on the PC that has the same operating system as yours /i.e. 64bits or 32 bits/. Then you must be able to boot from the pendrive after you have changed the boot priority in the BIOS previously. You must set the USB drive to be at the first place at the boot sequence order. Save and restart.
Tell me what happened afterwards. Cheers.
