Disable gmail account

Hello,

I just had my gmail disabled....I have no idea how to deal with....I can't even Rembrandt my recovery options....it happened due to incorrect password during purchasing gems of clash of clans through credit card....any way to enable it? If not my all datas information will be lost. I have not violated any terms n services....what to do now...m so worried.
