Hello muthu,
Have you tried plugging the pen drive in different PCs or at least different USB ports? If not, I recommend that you do that and tell me if the USB flash drive is seen there. If it's not seen it probably has failed, but just be sure if that is the case, you need to plug it in different locations first.
