Hello,
I have a Dell Latitude 3150 that has suddenly stopped working correctly. When I turn it on it shows the Dell logo and then goes on to a black screen. I have tried tapping the F8 and F12 keys upon start up and F12 shows the message " preparing one time boot menu " but then goes blank again. Does anyone have any advice on the matter?
Thanks

Hey there Storms20,
Please, check if the hard drive is seen and recognized by the BIOS of the laptop. In order to do so, restart it, and press the respective F key to enter the BIOS. After that, check if the hard drive is listed in the Boot menu. If it's there, but not on the first place in the booting order, set it manually.
If it's not seen, then it probably has failed.
Good luck!
