Laptop working only when plugged in

Hello,
for a while my laptop has only functioned while plugged in.
I took it to get fixed/get a new battery replacement and it's still only working while plugged in the battery will say its at 100%, i'll unplug the charger and a few sec later it will start flashing orange and eventually turn off, i don't understand what's going on.

If You Have a old, power consuming laptop, rip.

Go and get a PHD (Portable Hard Drive)
And buy a new laptpop, Transfer all your files, Aaaand

Tips.

1. DON'T USE WHILE CHARGING!!!

Also a possible thing.
