Phone sign in

My son's phone got reset and we have no idea what gmail the phone was set up with. We called the store and they said it was a problem with the google account and there is nothing they can do about it. Is there anyway to find out what that information is?

I would love to help you, but you must be able to prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
