Hi Ankit,
You have done pretty good trying to solve the issue. I would check the motherboard manufacturer’s web page for some BIOS updates. You have tried switching the SATA ports, right? If possible, try connecting one of the drives as external drive, using a powered adapter.
In general, this could be a power supply issue. It is possible, that for some reason, the PSU cannot supply properly both drives. Another option is a motherboard failure but to confirm that, you need to consult with a technician.
