File missing in folder lock

Hello,

My problem is related to Folder lock.Actually,I saved so many private data in this folder. But I migrate my window to window10 but after accessing that file, they r saying you need permission and there is no paasword showing over there and I'm the administrator of the system.Kindly help me to recover that data.
Folder lock is not installed right nw.

Those files are toast! You should have unlocked, upgraded, installed, and re-locked.

Perhaps you should get support from the ones who wrote the software.

I cannot, as I am not a user of that software. I can only encourage you to look for support from the ones who DID WRITE the software!
