You don't!
The trash is the STOP GAP! If you have emptied the trash, or who ever emptied the trash, the trash is gone! If you are using a client program, and connecting to a server, there may still be a copy in an old archive somewhere! Good luck and have fun with getting your admin to unpack all of that for your "trash"!
Please, take regard to the communications that you may recieve from an email, especially if it is important to your life. If you want to remove it from your inbox, we ENCOURAGE you to create another FOLDER (any provider will allow different folders), and place it in there!
I understand this is too late, but at least it is a way for your to successfully manage your accounts, and keep the things that may be important!
