E-mail recovery/hacked

Back in August I busted another phone. When I got my new one same server I had gotten a new # because someone else wanted it more. Anyway I went through the process of getting my email back and the password had changed , device ID,locations, and the old still running my own personal business page on Facebook. Since I have been able to get it back then gone back and forth few time come to conclusion my wife had been getting into the thing and holding my page hostage. OK but the funniest part is that the hack still got the # and messages from the old number and Google is clustered to who who is. My wife and I have fixed the snoopyness and neither of us can log back on to my face page to mysterious have every scout I ever owned active even after going through the process of removing the old ones. Is there any hope from recovery? Thank-you.
