Installing Vista from recovery D & Win 2003 Closed

Friends,
I have install win 2003 server to my toshiba laptop now i want to install window wista through my recovery disc.
in can anybody tell me is it possible to install vista home premium through recovery disc in the partion like in E Drive please guide me to resolve this problem.
