Computer starts but the Monitor is black.

When I start the PC , it starts like normally just the Monitor stays black. I have to wait between
30 - 40 mins and then restart the PC , then it works . What should I do so it starts good from beginning or what should I change ?

Please , I need your help. Thanks :D
