It is not possible. In any case, you have to first get this account enabled and then, deleted.

I want to delete my account , but every time I tried to access it ,facebook locked it . When I receive an email told me that they unlocked my account , I tried to sign in get locked again (twice) , What Can I do ?
Plz any help?
