Cant login to gmail account

I forgot my password for my email, I no longer have the phone that is on the account and I don't remember when I set up this email. I've used my alternate email for the code and it still wont let me into my account. It wont let me do my security questions. How do I get in to update my profile and fix this?

Hello

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
