Then probably wrong version. Possibly 64 bit and you have a 32 bit PC? Built for Xp and you have windows 7? Where did you download it from, and did you verify it is for your OS? Is it in your Downloads folder, and you just need to click on it again? We really need more details as to the particulars of your situation!

Well, I cannot locate it on corel website, perhaps you give us the link you used?
