DO NOT CALL any phone number for assistance, as it does not exist. If youtube got hacked, then they hacked your whole GOOGLE suite of services! I encourage you to contact Google directly @ https://support.google.com/mail/troubleshooter/2402620?hl=en&visit_id=637146162462685258-3708822545&rd=2
