Unless you have a plan that allows it (you pay extra), it is not going to happen. I encourage you to contact your carrier!

It's called as USB tethering or Bluetooth tethering. You can do it by connecting tour phone to PC or if your phone has Bluetooth then you can share your mobile data to Laptop or PC.

@yodeshekhetani-You have to pay for a data plan to utilize the service! You can call it what ever you want, still won't work!
