Hi Jatin Jhariya,
Unfortunately, I am not familiar with that software. In general, if your pendrive is working normally, it should be automatically recognized by the system. Have you been using some kind of locking software? DO you get an error when you try to access the drive?
Please test the drive on another PC and check if the issue persists. Open Disk Management and confirm if the drive has a correct file format.
