No power

We purchased my daughter an acre aspire laptop for Christmas and last night it wouldn't take charge but all lights still worked but screen would not light up so we left it alone off charge all night and now no lights no nothing it is an acer aspire es1-531-c1gf is their anything I can try
Don't have no ideal how to get to the battery in it either Thanks

If you have verified the power cord is in a working plug (does the plug light a lamp, or run the vacuum) and it doesn't charge....Take it BACK! If you cannot remove the battery, then there is nothing serviceable on that netbook.

Yeah the wall plug in works I just plugged the radio up and it works fine

I am sorry you had this experience with acers! I still have two acer's and I love them!
