Hello,
I am Ashab Uddin. Unwillingly i verified my account as Theist Ashab on 21st December 2016. but now i notice the massage "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." when i log in to my account.
i follow your answer, but there is no option to inform my actual name (Ashab Uddin) and attach the expected document once again.
What can i do now??? :(

If when you created your account you have not used your real name your account will be impossible to recover.
