Hello,
My name is Lam. I have had trouble with my Outlook. It can receive email but can't send email to any one. When I clicked on the Send/ receive button, the message just "Preparing to send email" but the progress is not carried out. Can any one in this forum help me solve this problem?

Hello there what kind of e-mail are you using?? and please tell me the outlook version you are using
