Can't open laptop

Hello,
I cant open my laptop...first starting windows screen came...then welcome screen....but after that a dialog box came in a black screen...showing windows script host error...and the error showing is "cannot wait for process"...how can i fix this...

Hi Ajma,

If you have a Windows installation drive, boot from it and choose Repair. It may fix some booting errors and allow you to boot in Windows without harming stored data.
Have you tried booting in Safe Mode? Press F8 at startup and select the Advanced Booting Menu. Check if Safe Mode is an option. If the PC boots, then you may need to change some entries in the registry. I leave you a link below with step by step instructions.
