Need 0x00000024 Help

Hello,
I turned my computer off and i turned it back on .. and The error keeps poping up STOP 0x0000024 (0x00190203, 0x86EFA2B8, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000) ye u all know the blue screen right ? well it wont start in Any Mode not even safe.. i tried restoring it and nothing ,it starts bootin up and yea blue screen again with same message.. im thinking of taking out my harddrive but i wont do that untill i think its right to do so . um any help would be great oh yea cant access desktop idont know what to do so please help someone.. i have also tried to recovery cds and nothing doesnt get rid of it

Hello there. all you have to do is to format your pc and re-install windows

oppsie accidently wrote tht on my page -- " umm -repeats self- idont know how to reformatt my laptop could you please tell me how?

Hello,
hi I read this blog and I have come accross that people from this blog are very helpfull. I need help.
i have got a compaq Evo N1020v Laptop with XP pro as an operating system.

problem ---> when I m trying to boot my laptop its coming up with blue screen error---->Stop: 0x00000024 (0x001902fe,0xfa3536d4,0xfa3536d4,0xfa3533d0,0xf9dacf73)

ntfs.sys - Address f9dacf73 base at f9d5f000, datestamp 48025be5

above is the full description of the error.

other problem is I tried to get into safe mode but it is not allowing me to start in any of the mode which includes

last good config
start windows...

I'm running windows xp pro and I'm getting the blue screen durning boot up with stop error code 0x00000024 (0x001902FE,0XB9B9206C, 0XB9B91D68, 0XB9D8206D)

Can anyone give me some clues on how I can fix this?
It will boot just fine in safe mode and I've run chkdsk /r and still no luck.
