Hello,
I am using window 7 ultimate 32 bit
My processors is Pentium core
When I add extra hard disk but DVD ROM is not working.....After ward I add DVD ROM that time extra hard disk is not working only one can use hard disk or DVD ROM but I want to used both

You are talking about a desktop PC and you are connecting the hard drive and the DVD Rom internally, right? Are you using the same port to connect them? This may be a port issue. It is possible that some of the motherboard ports are not responding. If you have checked that, you may be facing a power related issue. It is possible that your power supply unit cannot provide enough energy to run all the connected devices. Please, seek assistance from a technician, because it is important to have a PSU in a good condition.
